Barking Bliss LLC – Terms of Service

Welcome to Barking Bliss LLC! We are thrilled to have you and your furry friend as part

of our family. Before you proceed with booking our services, we kindly ask you to read

and understand the following Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. These Terms outline

the rights, responsibilities, and expectations for both Barking Bliss and our valued

clients. By using our website, making a reservation, or utilizing our services, you agree to

comply with these Terms.


1. Definitions


“Barking Bliss LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Barking Bliss Dog Boarding.
“Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual or entity using Barking Bliss’s
services or making reservations.

“Services” refers to the dog boarding and related services offered by Barking
Bliss.

“Pet” refers to the dog being boarded by the Client.


2. Reservations and Bookings


2.1. To make a reservation, visit our website at
www.barkingblissdogs.com and follow
the provided instructions.

2.2. Reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed based on the

information provided by the Client.


3. Pet Requirements


3.1. All Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations, flea and tick prevention, and must be in

good health.

3.2. Aggressive behavior or a history of aggressive behavior may result in a Pet being

denied services.


4. Payment


4.1. Payment for services is due at the time of booking.

 
 
 
4.2. Accepted forms of payment include Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Debet,Credit and Cash
4.3. In the event of early return, late drop-off, or late pick-up, no refunds will be issued for

unused days.


5. Cancellations and Refunds


5.1. Cancellations made 2 days prior to the reservation start date will be eligible for a

full refund.

5.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation start date will not be eligible

for a refund.


6. Health and Safety


6.1. While every effort will be made to ensure the health and safety of your Pet, Barking

Bliss shall not be held responsible for any injury, illness, or loss of life that occurs during

or after the stay.


7. Behavior and Conduct


7.1. Clients are responsible for the behavior and actions of their Pets during their stay.

7.2. If a Pet’s behavior poses a risk to other Pets, staff, or property, Barking Bliss LLC

reserves the right to take necessary action, which may include isolation or termination

of the stay.


8. Liability


8.1. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Barking Bliss LLC harmless from any claims,

damages, or expenses arising from the use of our services.


9. Communication and Updates


9.1. Barking Bliss LLC may communicate with Clients through email, phone, or other

means for reservation confirmation, updates, and important notices.

11. Modifications to Terms


11.1. Barking Bliss LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will

12.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

Califorina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By proceeding with the reservation and utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you

have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms of Service.
